Associate Dentist Part-Time

Seeking a Virginia-licensed general dentist to join the practice one day per week on an ongoing basis, with a flexible/negotiable day. Start is anticipated after credentialing, ideally January 2027. There is an optional opportunity to expand coverage up to four days per week to cover an anticipated maternity leave (estimated Q3–Q4 2027) for 3–6 months; returning to one day per week afterward. Compensation is a $700 daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first six months, then 30% of collections thereafter. Malpractice insurance is provided by the practice. The position involves seeing patients of record with handed-off treatment plans in a relaxed, non-high-volume schedule. The practice offers optional mentorship and exposure to digital dentistry workflows (CEREC same-day crowns, intraoral and CBCT scanning, 3D printing, guided implant surgery) and mentorship in Invisalign; it is a private, non-DSO practice with a small team. A 401(k) with employer matching is available after 1,000 hours worked.
