Associate Dentist – Private Practice, Full-Time Growth Path, Future Buy-In Opportunity

This opportunity is for an Associate Dentist at a private, out-of-network practice. The role is intended to start part-time (around two days per week) and grow into a full-time associate position as patient demand, schedule readiness, and clinical fit allow. The practice emphasizes relationship-based, conservative care and has an established patient base with new-patient demand. The clinic is equipped with digital scanning, CAD/CAM/CEREC, CBCT, Fotona LightWalker laser, ozone therapy, and airway/sleep-focused treatment options. Initial clinical duties may include general restorative dentistry, fillings, emergency exams, limited exams, and straightforward crowns. Mentorship is available in treatment planning, conservative restorative techniques, digital workflows, CEREC, inlays/onlays, laser dentistry, and whole-body informed patient care. Compensation is whichever is greater: $800 per clinical day or 30% of adjusted collections. After at least 12 months of successful full-time associateship, there may be an opportunity to discuss a potential structured minority buy-in, subject to mutual agreement, updated valuation, financing, legal documentation, and alignment with the practice’s clinical and cultural vision.
