Associate Dentist, Lander, WY

Associate Dentist role in an established dental practice serving a strong patient base. The position offers clinical autonomy, a fully staffed clinical and administrative team, modern operatories and equipment, and business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. Compensation includes production-based pay with a guaranteed daily rate or adjusted production, whichever is higher, and there is an opportunity to work toward equity buy-in and long-term ownership. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active Wyoming license or be eligible; new graduates may apply.
