RDA/DENTAL ASSISTANCE

Ocean Dental in San Antonio is seeking a full-time RDA/Dental Assistant to support a busy general practice providing routine, pediatric, and endodontic care. The role focuses on chairside support during exams and procedures and on helping maintain a smooth, calm patient experience in a fast-paced setting. Daily responsibilities include instrument processing and sterilization, adherence to infection control and aseptic protocols, and accurate electronic charting with Eaglesoft while safeguarding patient privacy under HIPAA. Candidates should have a high school diploma and an active dental assisting permit, with working knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy; X-ray certification, nitrous oxide training, and current CPR are preferred. Compensation is hourly, ranging from $15.00 to $20.00.
