Registered Dental Assistant

Private dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused team. The role involves assisting the doctor with four-handed dentistry, preparing treatment rooms and patients, performing RDA duties if licensed, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection control, taking dental radiographs as permitted, ensuring patient comfort, and keeping accurate records. Full-time position with a Monday–Thursday schedule. An active California RDA license is preferred but not required; at least one year of dental assisting experience is preferred.
