Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with an active RDA license and prior dental assisting experience to provide chairside support and help maintain efficient clinical operations. The role requires Dentrix experience, the ability to take and document digital X-rays and diagnostic images, prepare and break down operatories, maintain sterilization and infection-control procedures, and assist with restorative, crown/bridge, endodontic, surgical, and laboratory-related tasks such as impressions and temporary restorations. The position demands strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinical workflows, excellent communication with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff, and accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix. Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, anticipate the doctor’s needs, maintain an organized and fully stocked operatory, and follow office protocols and OSHA/infection-control standards.
