Seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, established private practice in El Paso. The practice provides a full patient schedule, a loyal patient base, modern digital technology, and an experienced, supportive team. Position offers a flexible 3–4 day work week with full-time preferred (part-time considered). Candidates must be licensed DDS/DMD in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure and able to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures. Compensation listed at $240,000–$400,000 per year with a competitive daily guarantee or percentage of production, sign-on bonus available, and bonuses. Clinical autonomy is provided with support when needed.
