Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Dentistry By Design in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time Dental Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the primary patient-facing team member at a busy two-office practice. The lead receptionist will manage the reception area and daily patient flow, greet and check patients in, operate a multi-line phone system, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and records. The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands-on Open Dental experience, familiarity with dental terminology, strong multitasking and customer service skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Fluency in both English and Spanish and comfort managing schedules and patient records are required. Compensation is $19.00 per hour and the position includes benefits such as medical and dental insurance.
