Associate Dentist

Seeking an Associate Dentist to join a busy, established private practice offering comprehensive general dentistry with modern digital technology and an experienced, supportive team. The practice provides clinical autonomy with support when needed and maintains a full patient schedule and a loyal patient base. The role is for a licensed DDS/DMD in Texas or someone eligible for Texas licensure who is comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures and is passionate about patient care. The schedule is a flexible 3–4 day work week, with full-time preferred and part-time considered. Compensation information provided includes a reported range of $240,000–$400,000 per year, a competitive daily guarantee or percentage of production, and a sign-on bonus available for qualifying candidates.
