Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Part-time or full-time dental assistant position available with a flexible schedule of 3–5 days per week, Monday–Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The practice offers a stable schedule without being sent home without pay and provides on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Pay is listed at $25–$38 per hour (DOE). Benefits include 20 paid days off per year (10 paid holidays and 10 personal days), medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, company-funded continuing education, merit-based raises, profit sharing bonus, and some benefits apply only to full-time staff. The office is fully digital with AI-supported X-rays and chairside microphones with AI note-taking software.
