Dental Assistant | Fee-for-Service Private Practice

Seeking a Dental Assistant for a fee-for-service private practice focused on restorative dentistry. The role is full-time, Monday–Thursday, and pays $24.00–$28.00 per hour. The practice emphasizes quality care over high volume and schedules patients with enough time for thoughtful treatment. Candidates should have prior chairside assisting experience and be comfortable with restorative procedures such as crowns and bridges, fabricating provisional crowns, retraction cord placement, digital impressions, and composite restorations; implant restorative experience is a plus. Required experience includes at least one year fabricating provisional crowns, one year placing retraction cord independently, and one year of dental assisting; a Certified Dental Assistant credential is preferred.
