Certified Dental Assistant

Full-time position for a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in a modern private dental practice. The role includes laboratory duties such as operating CAD/CAM equipment for designing, printing, and milling crowns and flippers; fabricating temporary crowns, bridges, and bite blocks; adjusting, staining, and glazing crowns; and delivering completed prosthetics. Clinical assistance responsibilities include setting up and assisting with bite blocks, bite registrations, wash impressions, try-ins, and delivery of removable prosthetics, plus assisting with IV sedation and implant procedures and familiarity with implant parts and impression systems. Required qualifications include EFDA certification, prior laboratory experience, and experience with IV sedation and implant procedures. The position emphasizes organizational skills, effective communication, multitasking in a high-volume environment, and being self-motivated. Pay is listed at $18.00–$25.00 per hour.
