Role Overview
This privately owned, patient-focused dental practice seeks a Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of recent hands-on general dentistry experience. The role requires experience assisting with restorative and crown and bridge procedures, packing cord, seating temporary and permanent crowns, taking digital radiographs, and using intraoral digital scanners (Primescan or similar). Experience with Eaglesoft or comparable practice management software is preferred and a strong understanding of OSHA and HIPAA protocols is required.
Daily responsibilities include assisting the dentist during restorative and crown and bridge procedures, preparing and tracking lab cases, monitoring and ordering supplies, setting up and breaking down operatories, sterilizing instruments, maintaining accurate patient records, and preparing pre-appointment clinical documentation. The practice is looking for a reliable, team-oriented candidate seeking a long-term position in a private practice. Compensation is listed between $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE) and $23.00–$28.00 per hour in another listing, with benefits including 401(k) matching, paid time off, employee dental discount, uniform allowance, and free parking.
