Front Desk Dental Receptionist

Dr. Bryan Q. Phamnguyen, DDS, PA seeks a compassionate, energetic Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join its private general family practice in Orlando, FL. This full-time role, based at a newly renovated clinic at 1325 N Goldenrod Rd, involves scheduling, insurance verification, claims processing, treatment presentation, and patient financial management with regular use of Dentrix. The ideal candidate will have dental reception experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; bilingual ability is a plus. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, with competitive pay commensurate with experience, paid time off, holidays, employee discounts, and potential annual bonuses. Office hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with select Saturdays by appointment.
