Dental Hygienist at private practice near Ridgedale

Seeking a licensed dental hygienist (or a dental hygiene student nearing graduation) to join a practice with loyal patients and a collaborative team. Part-time and full-time positions are available; base pay is $60–$68 per hour with monthly production bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Full-time hygienists are eligible for healthcare premium reimbursement, subsidized professional fees, CE reimbursement, a 3% non-elective 401(k) contribution, paid vacation and holidays, and relocation bonus discussion for those moving from afar. Clinical responsibilities include providing dental hygiene procedures and adjunctive treatments (SDF application, whitening, oral cancer exams), taking x-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions, administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed, educating patients on preventive care, and maintaining infection control and safety compliance. Candidates must demonstrate competency with Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and software maintenance and will participate in training for digital dentistry workflows.
