Hygienist

Seeking a licensed dental hygienist with an active MN Dental Hygiene License and at least one year of clinical experience to join a privately owned family dental practice. The role requires current CPR certification, completion of a dental hygiene program, experience diagnosing and treating periodontal disease, comfort with digital radiographs and intraoral photography, and the ability to run a schedule, meet new patients, and co-diagnose treatment. Full-time, in-office schedule Monday–Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Thursday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; no evenings or weekends. Primary duties include routine prophylaxis (scaling and polishing), taking and developing dental X-rays, assisting the dentist with diagnoses and treatment planning, screening for oral disease, patient oral hygiene education, and administering fluoride treatments and sealants. Position requires in-person work and ability to relocate or commute to Chaska, MN prior to start date. Compensation listed as $53–$56 per hour (based on experience).
