Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time/ Part-time) – Modern, High-Tech Private Practice

Growing family-owned dental practice seeking a patient-focused hygienist to join a supportive team. The office is fully digital with iTero/Trios, CBCT, CEREC, and SprintRay 3D printers, and maintains a strong periodontal program with assisted hygiene available. The practice emphasizes clinical autonomy, quality care, and respectful teamwork. Responsibilities include prophy, SRP, perio maintenance, patient education, taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans, assisting with periodontal diagnosis, maintaining clinical notes, and collaborating with doctors and the team. Must hold an active Illinois Dental Hygiene License; local anesthesia certification is preferred. Full-time and part-time roles available; schedule options are flexible with no late evenings. Compensation is listed at $50–$55 per hour with bonus/incentive opportunities, paid time off, continuing education support, and other benefits.
