Seeking an Associate Dentist for a private, out-of-network practice. The role is planned to start part-time (about two days per week initially) with the intent to grow into a full-time associate position as patient demand and clinical fit allow. There is potential for a future minority buy-in discussion after at least 12 months of successful full-time associateship, subject to mutual agreement, valuation, financing, legal documentation, and alignment with practice goals. The practice emphasizes relationship-based, conservative care over insurance-driven volume and has an established patient base with current new-patient demand. Equipment includes digital scanning, CAD/CAM/CEREC, CBCT, Fotona LightWalker laser, ozone therapy, and airway/sleep treatment options. Initial duties may include general restorative work, fillings, emergency exams, limited exams, and straightforward crowns. Compensation is the greater of $800 per clinical day or 30% of adjusted collections.
