Dental Assistant - Full Time

Seeking a dental assistant to support dentists during exams and a range of treatment procedures in a family-owned practice. Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking vitals and medical histories, taking dental X-rays, performing four-handed dentistry, maintaining and sterilizing instruments and materials, providing post-operative instructions, managing dental supply ordering and vendor relationships, using Open Dental for patient records, ensuring infection control and HIPAA compliance, and performing other administrative tasks as required. Candidate must have at least 3+ years of general dental assisting (listing also states 5 years experience required), X-ray certification preferred, proficiency in assisting with general and advanced dentistry procedures, knowledge of dental anatomy, dental terminology, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques. The role requires the ability to work full time Monday–Thursday and is on-site.
