Licensed Dental Assistant $35/hr + Benefits Package!

Licensed Dental Assistant needed for a full-time, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Dental Operations Manager with supervision by the Lead LDA. Duties include preparing patients and operatories, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays and materials, retrieving and recording vital signs, exposing dental radiographs, assisting dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists with treatments and emergencies, and documenting treatment and patient records. Assistive tasks listed include assisting with hygiene procedures (polishing, sealants, fluoride varnish/rinse, SDF), preliminary impressions, temporary crown cementation, rubber dam application, root canal assistance, impressions for dentures and relines, pouring models, fabricating temporary restorations, applying bleaching agents, and completing clinic checklists while maintaining patient confidentiality. Position requires certification or degree from an accredited Dental Assistant program and a Minnesota Dental Assistant License. Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly rate of $35 per hour plus an additional daily bonus.
