Dental Assistant

This full-time, on-site Dental Assistant position supports dentists during exams and procedures by preparing treatment rooms, setting up instruments, and assisting chairside. Responsibilities include taking and organizing patient records, preparing and maintaining dental equipment, sterilizing instruments and work areas, educating patients on oral care instructions, and helping manage appointment flow. The role requires close collaboration with clinical and front office teams to contribute to a positive, efficient, and safe patient experience. Candidates should have strong clinical support skills in dental assisting, knowledge of dental and oral care practices, understanding of sterilization and infection control, effective communication, and the ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records. Formal dental assisting training or certification is preferred; current CPR certification and familiarity with basic dental software or EHRs are beneficial.
