Licensed Dental Assistant |$35/hr| Full Benefits Package!

Full-time Licensed Dental Assistant position supporting dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists by assisting during procedures, taking and processing x-rays, sterilizing and setting up operatories, documenting treatment plans and patient notes, applying preventive treatments, and assisting with impressions, temporary crowns, and lab preparation. Role reports to the Dental Operations Manager and is supervised by the Lead LDA, with a Monday–Friday 8:45 AM–5:30 PM schedule (includes a 1-hour lunch at 1:00 PM) and the option for a four-day work week. Requires an MN Dental Assistant license, graduation from an accredited dental assistant program, and CPR certification; strong communication, familiarity with dental terminology/procedures/software, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure are listed. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong are noted as a plus.
