Registered Dental Assistant - RDA

Full-time opportunity for a Licensed Dental Assistant in a pediatric dental practice. The position requires a current Minnesota LDA license, current CPR certification, experience with digital radiographs, coronal polishing, and sealant placement, and at least two years’ dental assisting experience. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Pay is $29–$32 per hour. Daily responsibilities include sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms and patients, assisting the dentist with restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures using four-handed dentistry, taking diagnostic-quality radiographs, preparing and mixing dental materials, and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. The practice offers free parking and a Jobley hiring bonus of $90.
