Dental Assistant Private Practice- Must have experience

Seeking a Dental Assistant with at least three years of experience in a dental clinic. The role involves chairside assisting across general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry; preparing treatment rooms; following aseptic techniques and infection control; taking and developing dental radiographs and operating digital imaging systems; and performing four-handed dentistry. The position requires proficiency in scanning for crowns and nightguards and in making temporary crowns, familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, and knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, HIPAA, and radiography operation. Responsibilities also include managing patient intake and medical documentation, supporting front desk duties like scheduling and insurance verification, educating patients on post-treatment care and preventive practices, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
