Associate Dentist

Seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a busy private practice in Rocky River, OH. The practice is fee-for-service and PPO, offers comprehensive care including general, cosmetic, oral surgery, implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation, and provides modern technology, an established patient base, and a pathway to partnership. Position can be full-time or part-time with hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Compensation options include a $150,000–$300,000+ annual range with daily guarantee, production-based, or hybrid models; benefits listed include medical and dental insurance, PTO, performance bonuses, 401(k), pension & profit-sharing, and a cash balance retirement plan. Preferred candidates have completed a GPR or AEGD residency or have at least three years of clinical comprehensive general dentistry experience.
