Associate Dentist

Private fee-for-service and PPO dental practice seeking an Associate General Dentist to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures. The practice offers modern technology, an experienced clinical support team, and accommodates full-time or part-time schedules (Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM). Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited school and an active Ohio dental license or be eligible for licensure; a GPR or AEGD fellowship is required. Compensation options include daily guarantee, production-based, or hybrid models with stated earning potential of $150,000–$300,000+ annually.
