Associate Dentist

Well-established private dental practice seeks an Associate Dentist to join a team focused on comprehensive patient care. The role is full-time with a 4.5-day work week: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The practice offers mentorship from an experienced doctor and a strong support team. The compensation package includes base pay, retirement plan contributions, 401(k) benefits with approximately 10–12% annual contribution, two weeks of paid vacation (paid at $4,500 per week), continuing education allowance, uniforms, and possible relocation assistance. There is a stated future partnership/ownership opportunity for the right candidate.
