Well-established private dental practice seeks an Associate Dentist to join a full-time team with a 4.5-day work week: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The practice emphasizes comprehensive patient care, mentorship from an experienced doctor, and a strong support team. The compensation package includes a combination of base pay, retirement plan contributions, and 401(k) benefits with an approximately 10–12% annual contribution, two weeks of paid vacation paid at $4,500 per week, a continuing education allowance, uniforms, and potential relocation assistance.
