Associate Dentist at Excellence In Dentistry Dayton, OH

Seeking a full-time associate dentist to join a busy, single-location private general practice. The position begins with an existing patient base and offers mentorship for new graduates or motivated clinicians. The practice is fee-for-service, submits to dental insurance through an employer, and is not contracted with PPOs. Clinical expectations include proficiency with restorations, endodontics, crown and bridge, extractions, prosthodontics, and working with children. The team comprises three DDS, six EFDAs, eight RDHs (able to anesthetize and work unsupervised), and support and management staff. Technology on site includes an intraoral scanner, digital printer, cone beam, digital radiography, AI x-ray software, intraoral cameras, and large screen TVs in each operatory. Office hours are M-W 8-6, Th/F 8-5, two Saturdays per month 7-12; the associate schedule is approximately 35 hours per week. Benefits listed and salary range are provided in the posting.
