Certified Dental Assistant

This full-time, on-site Certified Dental Assistant position supports hygienists and dentists during clinical procedures, prepares and organizes treatment rooms, and maintains and sterilizes instruments and equipment. Daily tasks include chairside assistance, taking and processing dental radiographs, educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, and documenting treatment information in patient records. The role also involves managing supplies, assisting front-desk workflows as needed, and helping maintain a safe, clean clinical environment. Candidates must hold active Dental Assistant certification in Oregon; radiology certification is preferred. The practice seeks individuals with demonstrated dental and oral care skills, knowledge of routine and restorative procedures, proficiency in sterilization and infection control, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and reliability. Previous experience in a general dental practice or similar setting is noted as beneficial.
