Private, fully out-of-network fee-for-service dental practice seeking a general dentist to practice comprehensive dentistry, expand clinical skills, and pursue long-term growth. The position is Monday–Thursday with no evenings or weekends and includes a collaborative clinical team, modern digital workflow, and structured mentorship with a pathway toward implant and surgical dentistry. Compensation is 30% of adjusted production with a 90-day guaranteed base during transition if needed.
