Associate Dentist

An Associate Dentist position is available in New Smyrna Beach, FL on a contract basis, offering compensation from $165,827.84 to $350,000 annually. The role is in a well-established, single-doctor, fee-for-service private practice with a strong existing patient base and a focus on relationship-driven, high-quality care. The position provides clinical autonomy and leadership opportunities while supporting a broad scope of dentistry, including surgical extractions, crown and bridge, restorative work, endodontics, and implant placement. The associate will work with an experienced, team-oriented staff, benefit from established patient flow, and enjoy regular clinical hours (7:30–4:00) in a desirable coastal community.
