Travel Ortho Registered Dental Assistant

Provide chairside and clinical support to an orthodontist, including assisting with bonding, banding, adjusting, debonding, and instructing patients on elastic use. Prepare tray set-ups, mix amalgam and cements, prepare and pour impressions, trim and polish trays, take diagnostic X‑rays and attach them to patient charts, capture initial/progress/debond photos, and take scans for clear aligners or models. Set up orthodontic brackets, remove excess cement, place and cement bands, and fabricate retainers and bleaching trays. Use dental practice management software experience (Open Dental/Dentrix) as applicable; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Role requires prolonged sitting and standing as needed and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
