Registered Dental Assistant- Pediatric

Registered Dental Assistant position in a single-doctor pediatric private practice providing chairside support for exams and a variety of pediatric dental treatments. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms and instruments, taking and developing dental X-rays, coronal polishing, recording vitals and medical history, updating records, and educating children on oral hygiene while maintaining infection control and HIPAA confidentiality. Required qualifications include an RDA certificate issued by TSBDE, a minimum of one year experience, eligibility to obtain coronal polishing certification, and proficiency in four-handed dentistry, pediatric X-ray safety, instrument sterilization, and aseptic techniques. Pay range is $17.00–$25.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Work location is in person.
