Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to help lead the clinical team and ensure patients receive high-quality care. The role includes mentoring and leading the assisting team, supporting advanced biomimetic, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures, preparing operatories, maintaining infection control and sterilization standards, coordinating laboratory cases and clinical supplies, and identifying ways to improve systems and clinical efficiency. The Lead RDA will also anticipate doctor and team needs, increase opportunities for same-day treatment when appropriate, and help eliminate unnecessary patient visits through planning and preparation. The ideal candidate is a licensed Texas Registered Dental Assistant who is an experienced leader, highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, proactive in problem solving, and committed to continuous learning. Candidates should be passionate about prevention, patient education, and exceptional patient care, naturally anticipate next steps, and be excited about advanced dentistry and biomimetic principles. Previous biomimetic experience is noted as a plus, while willingness to learn the practice’s philosophy is emphasized.
