Dental Assistant

Lake Wales Dental Group in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a motivated full-time Dental Assistant to support clinical operations and the hygiene department. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, proficiency with digital dentistry (digital X-rays and intraoral scanning), and strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, supporting hygiene, instrument sterilization, preparing operatories, assisting with treatment presentation, and maintaining supplies and compliance.
