Dentist/Partnership

Private practice seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry for adults and children using evidence-based practices. The role involves diagnosing and treating dental conditions, educating patients on oral health and treatment options, and collaborating with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff while upholding clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Position is part-time initially at two days per week with potential to full-time; current office hours are Monday through Thursday. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited program and have an active Utah dental license or be eligible for licensure. Compensation includes a negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first six months, then 30% of collections up to $50,000/month and 35% above $50,000/month. The practice uses digital records and offers an experienced clinical and administrative team.
