Seeking an Associate Dentist to start part-time (around two days per week) with a planned growth into a full-time role at an out-of-network private practice. The practice emphasizes relationship-based, conservative care with an established patient base and current new-patient demand. Clinical responsibilities may include general restorative dentistry, fillings, emergency exams, limited exams, and straightforward crowns. The clinic is equipped with digital scanning, CAD/CAM/CEREC, CBCT, Fotona LightWalker laser, ozone therapy, and airway/sleep treatment options. The owner offers mentorship in comprehensive treatment planning, conservative restorations, digital workflows, CEREC, inlays/onlays, laser dentistry, and whole-body informed care; candidates should be teachable and relationship-focused. Compensation is whichever is greater: $800 per clinical day or 30% of adjusted collections. After at least 12 months as a full-time associate, a structured minority buy-in may be possible subject to mutual agreement and formal terms.
