Associate Dentist

Full-time Associate Dentist position with a predictable four-day schedule: Tuesday–Friday with early morning team huddles (6:50 AM) and typical end times of 3:10 PM Tuesday–Thursday and 2:00 PM on Friday. No evenings or weekends. Compensation is a $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is greater; uncapped production-based earnings are offered. The practice was founded in 2007 and the team includes 2 dentists, 5 RDHs, 4 RDAs, and 3 administrators. Benefits listed include medical insurance and a 401(k)/IRA retirement plan. Preferences include 2+ years general dentistry experience, with residency completion noted as a plus; clinical scope includes molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery procedures.
