Registered Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery

This role is for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in oral surgery supporting surgeons during procedures, assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterile technique, monitoring patient status, managing advanced instruments, and documenting patient care. The position requires an RDA license in the state of employment, radiology certification as required by state law, BLS certification (or completion within one month of hire), basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, good listening skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team with sound judgment and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include prior oral surgery experience, DAANCE certification, experience with electronic health records or digital charting, and IV sedation or anesthesia monitoring experience.
