Associate Dentist

Privately owned, multi-doctor dental practice established in 1953 with a long-standing, loyal patient base. The practice offers modern technology such as CBCT imaging and digital dentistry, performs most specialty procedures in-house, and provides mentorship and clinical support within a collaborative team. Position requires a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active New Jersey dental license or the ability to obtain one; residency training or prior clinical experience is preferred, and exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation begins with a daily guarantee then transitions to a percentage-based model; health insurance and retirement benefit options are available, and flexible Monday–Friday scheduling is offered.
