Associate Dentist Madison West side - Private Practice - potential buy in

Private dental practice seeking an associate dentist to join a growing west-side Madison office with a newly built facility. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and the practice aims to hire as soon as possible with some flexibility on start date. Applicants must have at least one year of general dentistry experience and work in person. Compensation includes a base salary plus quarterly percentage-of-net-production bonuses, a $5,000 annual stipend for continuing education, dues, malpractice insurance, etc., and benefits such as 401(k) with matching, health insurance stipend, dental insurance, paid time off, employee discount, and professional development assistance.
