Dental Hygienist (stunning private practice)

Seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a boutique private practice focused on relationship‑driven, patient‑centered care. The practice offers hour‑long hygiene appointments, a collaborative team environment, and support from leadership influenced by a Pankey approach. New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred qualifications include licensure to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, ability to co‑treat plan with the dentist, proficiency with diagnostic x‑rays and periodontal diagnosis/treatment, and interest in continuing education. Practice services include general dentistry, prosthodontics, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, facial esthetics, and myofunctional therapy. Technology and equipment used include Eaglesoft PM, Dexis sensors, intraoral cameras, digital scanner, CEREC, Piezo, Cavitron, Gemini Diode laser, Guided Biofilm Therapy, and a five‑op layout. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; compensation starts at $60/hour and benefits include medical and dental insurance, PTO, IRA with 3% match, paid holidays, sick pay, gym membership, CE, and other listed perks.
