Growing private periodontal and implant practice seeks an experienced surgical dental assistant to support a specialty/surgical environment that uses lasers, digital workflows, surgical implant care, and periodontal therapy. The role requires strong organization, anticipation of needs, accurate documentation and clinical preparation, good communication, kindness with patients, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Position is in a supportive private, non-corporate practice with a Monday–Thursday, 3–4-day work week, and offers competitive pay based on experience and skill level with a target range of approximately $23–$28/hour for qualified candidates.
