Seeking a Dentist to provide emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental care in a practice with established patient flow. The role involves diagnosing and treating dental conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients, performing procedures to accepted standards, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff. Providers must comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations and uphold professional and ethical standards. Requirements include a DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school, an active Arizona dental license, current BLS/CPR certification, and DEA registration. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, effective communication, commitment to patient-first care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are expected; experience with endodontic procedures and surgical extractions is preferred. Compensation is fee-for-service with an annual earning range of $300,000–$550,000, and a stated daily rate range of $960–$1,440 with 30% production.
