Expanded Functions Dental Auxilliary (EFDA) / Dental Assistant

Airway-focused restorative dental practice seeking an Assistant/EFDA to work roughly three days per week, typically Tuesday 8:00–17:00, Wednesday 8:00–17:00 and Thursday 7:00–14:00, with occasional Mondays or Fridays for large cases given at least two weeks' notice. The practice emphasizes individualized patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, collaboration with local and national specialists, and a supportive team environment that values quality of care and work-life balance. Basic Life Support certification is required. Experience and EagleSoft familiarity are preferred but not required; a coachable attitude is emphasized and training is offered. Pay range listed as $20–$35 per hour, with salary determined by skills and experience.
