The practice is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a busy, high-volume community clinic that serves about 4,500 active patients and averages roughly 34 patient visits per day. The office has eight fully equipped operatories, dedicated dental assistants, and in-office IV and general anesthesia with a CRNA. The position welcomes dentists at all experience levels, including new graduates and residents. Clinical scope includes restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics, surgical and impacted third molar extractions, implant placement and restoration, bone grafting, clear aligners, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, sedation dentistry, Botox and facial esthetics, and select pediatric dentistry; complex pediatric cases and endodontic retreatments are referred out. The role offers mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and humanitarian trip experiences to develop advanced skills. Compensation and benefits details provided by the practice include a $15,000 monthly guarantee for the first four months, medical/dental/vision/401(k), monthly gym and massage reimbursements, a “Make Your Life Easy” stipend, and tenure vacation bonuses at 3, 5, and 10 years.
