Established, fully out-of-network private dental practice seeking a growth-minded general dentist to provide comprehensive care and expand clinical skills. The office operates Monday–Thursday with no evenings or weekends and emphasizes advanced diagnostics and a modern digital workflow, including Planmeca CBCT, Shining digital scanners, in-house 3D printing, full Exocad software with smile design, crown CAD, same-day milling, Overjet AI (2D & 3D), and dental laser technology. The practice offers structured mentorship in surgical extractions, implant dentistry, digital treatment planning, comprehensive treatment acceptance, and support for pursuing IV sedation training. Compensation is 30% of adjusted production, with a 90-day guaranteed base during transition if needed; additional benefits include 401(k) with employer match, $200/month medical benefit, employer-paid dental coverage, Spear Study Club membership, and a continuing education stipend.
