Associate Dentist

This role is for an Associate Dentist at a three-practice owner-led group in Middle Tennessee with a well-established Lewisburg office. The office has CBCT and implant capabilities, offers complete clinical independence, and provides a full schedule with about 40 new patients per month. The position includes direct mentorship from an owner who still practices chairside and a career path with potential partnership and equity for a long-term fit. Compensation starts with a daily guarantee beginning at $800 and transitions to a tiered percentage of production. The practice covers approved lab fees at 100% and offers health insurance, dental coverage for the dentist and family, a 401(k) with match, a tiered continuing education allowance, paid holidays, a uniform allowance, monthly doctor dinners, ongoing mentorship, and relocation assistance.
