Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator (All-on-4 & Insurance)

The role seeks a Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to welcome patients, present treatment plans, explain procedures, financing, and insurance benefits, verify eligibility and submit and follow up on claims, prepare estimates, collect payments, and assist patients with financing options. The position includes scheduling and coordinating treatment—including All-on-4 cases—answering phones, responding to inquiries, and working with the doctor and clinical team to support patient care and convert implant consultation leads into scheduled treatment.
